
Willam R. Kilgore, Esq.

Born and raised in Southwest Virginia, Will graduated from George Wythe High School in 2011. He went on to the University of Tennessee where he graduated, cum laude, with a degree in Business Administration. He finished his education at the Syracuse University College of Law. While obtaining his law degree, he was selected to be a member of the Syracuse Law Review; getting elected as a Form and Accuracy Editor during his last year in the law review.
Following graduation from Syracuse in May of 2018, and after obtaining his Juris Doctor degree, Will became licensed to practice law by the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners in October of 2018. After his admission to the Virginia State Bar, Will returned home to Wytheville where he worked as a prosecutor for the Wythe County Commonwealth Attorney's Office as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for three and a half years.

In June of 2022, Will formed Kilgore Law, PLLC to better serve the citizens of Wythe County and Southwest Virginia. Will specializes in criminal defense and various civil matters.
